Sydney Horak

Sydney is graduating from Columbia High School in West Columbia, TX. Sydney will be attending Texas A&M Unviverstiy. She will pursue a business degree and her long term goal is to: "start a non-profit organization where I can help people, including those with disabilities, get involved in their community, help prepare them for employment, and be an optimistic role model of society."

Jake Marrazzo

Jake is graduating from Hudson High School in Hudson, MA. Jake will be attending Dean College . He plans to hone his creative abilities and he would like to write novels, make movies, and write stories. " I plan to go to college to learn the ins and outs of these things." Congratulations Jake!

Justin Matzner

Justin is graduating from Ward Melville Senior High School, in Setauket, NY. Justin will be attending the University of Scranton. He will pursue a career in occupational therapy. Justin volunteered at Quantum House within the hospital's Occupational Therapy department. "Shadowing a licensed OT with different types of patients with conditions just like mine made me feel even more excited for the future; it solidified that this is the path I want in my life." Congratulations Justin!

Chloe Short

Chloe is graduating from Grand Oaks High School in Spring, TX. Chloe will be attending Texas A & M University. Chloe will pursue a degree in business. "Through determination and hard work I have done many things that exceed people's expectations. I have not succeeded in spite of my disability, but because of my disability, but because of my disability and the lessons it has taught me." Congratulations Chloe!

Sara Snyder

Sara is graduating from Brookline Highs School in Brookline, MA. Sara will be attending Leslie University. Sara will pursue a degree in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences with a goal to work in expressive art therapy.
"From all that I've learned as a young woman living with a disability, as an artist and musician, as a volunteer, and from what I hope to learn throughout my college journey, I will continue on with a positive mindset and use my experiences to help others." Congratulations Sara!
